An assembly fee is applied at the final checkout of our bikes that are assembled in our shop and sold as fully ride ready bikes.

This fee of $289 includes the assembly of all normal parts, truing and testing of the electronics and brakes and the insertion of "Flat-Out" Liquid Kevlar compound to the tires to eliminate the tormenting air leaks and minor punctures that might occur and result in a flat tire.

Finally, adjustments are made to fit the bike to the rider's needs to maximize the enjoyment, safety and comfort of that rider.
