When you by your E-Bike through us here at Asheville Custom E-Bikes, all manufacturers warranties are honored. This gives our customers peace of mind knowing if anything happens to their E-bike while under warranty, we will service your bike at no extra cost to you. This includes parts and labor! All of our service work is done 100% in house with a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to service your E-Bike if you did not buy at our shop, however we only honor warrenties with bikes brought through Asheville Custom E-Bikes, likewise we give priority to customers who brought through us as well.

flat tire fix (front)

Includes replacement of old tire tube with new tube. We inject your new tube with liquid Kevlar. This ensures that next time you get a puncture in your tire, the site of puncture will self seal so that your not stuck pushing your bike back and can ride on!

Flat tire fix (back)

Fixing the flat tire on your back wheel takes a little more work. Removal of the tire is a must when placing a new tube. When removing the tire on the back of your bike, the chain and ——- needs to be removed as well. After replacement of the old tire tube with a new one, we inject your new tube with liquid Kevlar. This ensures that next time you get a puncture in your tire, the site of puncture will self seal so that your not stuck pushing your bike back and can ride on!

break adjustment

Brake adjustment is needed if the brake pads rub the rotor even when the lever is not pulled, or when you pull the brake lever it touches the handlebar grips. Depending on how your breaks need adjusting this could include adjustment of Cable pinch bolt, Lever Barrel Adjuster, Caliper Barrel Adjuster, Front Pad Adjuster, or Rear Pad Adjuster.
