biltmore estate

Biltmore estate offers a whole days worth of bike trails, where you can bring your own e-bike and spend all day exploring the grounds. A day pass must be purchased through the Biltmore Estate to use their facilities. They can be a bit pricey, but the Biltmore offers more then a days worth of exploring on it’s bike trails alone. Included in the pass is the Estates and Winery, among other attractions.

From the French Broad River to Haw Creek and a little beyond Asheville, in Swannanoa there are designated Greenways for you to ride on. With more then 30 miles of paths that are well maintained, you’re sure to find the perfect ride for you and your family.

historic montford district

The Historic Montford district, located right outside of downtown Asheville, contains absolutely beautiful homes with numerous architectural styles, including Arts and Craft, Queen Anne, Neoclassical and Colonial Revival. Many of the homes were built between 1890-1920. This area also includes the Grove Park inn, about a mile outside of Montford.
